I have had abnormal LFTs since I gave birth 10 months ago. BMI about 28 and am carrying some weight around my belly. It is typically the ALT and GGT that have been about 2x (but have spiked to 5x) the upper limit. I used to drink 2-3 glasses a wine a night for about 10 years but stopped this 4 months ago and while pregnant in 2018/2019. Normal ultrasound (no fat) and fibrosan 3.4 (although the Doctor said he wasn't going to worry too much about probe placement because he read my referral and doesn't think he'll find anything). Fib-4 score around 0.5 and albumin, bilirubin, INR platelets all normal.
Feeling really worried because I have lost 8kgs recently, drink no alcohol anymore but they keep spiking. GGT 5x limit today and ALT 2.5x limit.
Interested in any similar experience, including post-pregnancy.
Thank you.

A lot of your results are reassuring, however, we would suggest you could ask for a referral to a hepatologist ( liver specialist) to investigate your fluctuating liver blood results.
They would also be best placed to assess any possible connection with your pregnancy.
