It may make you feel better to soak in a warm bath with Epsom salts, which also may draw out some of the excess fluid.

I see you have posted not dissimilar post(s) previously. I don’t think we can add to the answers previously given.

You really do need to see, or talk, to a doctor, which I know you are trying to do 🙁. These really are bum times aren’t they 😕.

I too suffer for water retention from feet to mid drift. Not particularly painful, more discomfort when mobilised or bending etc.

Discussed with GP and commenced on a low dose diuretic.

2weeks ago. To be reviewed again next week, being the 3rd week to discuss any changes. I can say it’s most certainly improved, feet and legs looking much improved, and lower abdomen swelling feels less tight.

Thanks guys. GP is being great over the phone. Fingers crossed I can get some relief. My bloods are much better thankfully!
