Eyes look slightly yellow( Photo attached)

im 25 and was diagnosed with grade 1 fatty liver 4 months ago. iv had upper right abdomen pain ever since. lft taken 2 months ago showed sgot 38 and sgpt 67. from the pas few days I have been noticing my eyes are yellow but I don't have fever. i have been driving since 7 years but never in excess and I have quit since the past 5 months. i have attached photo of my eye. i am freaking out. Is this a liver related issue?

No they don't look yellow. Stay off the booze, your fatty liver will heal and then you won't have anything to worry about

I do have pain under my right chest from 4 months. Visiting the doctor in a few hours , he td me he'll check me through a CT scan with IV contrast. SCARED

Hey, so the doctors can't find out why I have ruq pain from 4 months. Lft shows that my enzymes are reducing, the doctor said I have ibs but I have muscles weakness and low energy levels.

On medication rn. Hoping to get better
