Hand sanitizers with alcohol

Sorry this may have been asked. I was diagnosed 9/2017 and doing well. However with the Covid-19 and advice to use the alcohol disinfectants frequently, has anybody been told not to and is it potentially harmful to liver via skin? Thanks guys and galls and all.

Hi there yes I posted about this the other week. The responses were more on the line of how effective they were rather than potential damage so the question still stands. Think the general feeling was if you can use soap and water that's the best thing. Someone more informed may help us though. Cheers
