Good afternoon on a lovely sunny day.

Some days I feel fine, no Liver pain and complexion looks normal and then for no reason (no fatty foods or sugar) the very next day I look tanned and have liver pain and just generally feel yuk. My bilarubin was normal range last time although my GGT has been raised around 100 for at least 12 months. Is it always like this? Good afternoon LHR007,

Sorry to hear you are feeling this way. Can you seek medical help when you are feeling acutely unwell ? I appreciate it is not always as easy as that - but it may help the doctors to reach a diagnosis.

May I also suggest you keep a food/pain/symptom diary - this will also be useful in helping the doctors to confirm diagnosis.

I hope you get your results and treatment plan soon.

Best wishes,
