I take you got in touch with British Heart Foundation & Mental Health Support. I noted whoever it was had posted up there when I went to check the Clampit's profile.
I'm not a member on them.
The reports of abuse we received were regarding a spam of face masks being sold, we did not receive anything from Clampit?
Ops I couldn't recall the ab user name so simply referred to the nuisance poster as clampit or egit.
