Hi Folks,

I was born with umbilical cord entangled in my neck, caused bronchitis (lungs) all my life. Had penicillin that backfired, then had tonsils removed, that helped a bit while growing up with asthma . Had Typhoid and Jaundice (Hep -A) in 1997 and 2005, respectively. By 2009, had oily food, occasional drinking, and could feel a bad digestion at times. But continued with heavy IT-related job..Then in 2012 had severe stress in office (politics/women), asthma flared, stomach issues occurred with tongue going white (thought it was the asthma spray), but it was diagnosed as Candida by 2016. Had developed gluten & dairy allergy and struggled with severe brain fog. Vit-c, magnesium, & probiotics helped to stay afloat (amidst intestinal grumbling noise in meeting ;(. 2019 December - tried all green food, asparagus, avacado, cranberry etc. Jan-2020, had severe abdominal pain (near groin)..Oxalates had wreaked havoc (with no dairy/calcium). Kidney stones suspected, but heavy foam in urine came out clean in report. Just took X-rays today, but my liver ALT is little higher - 76 (haven't drunk for last 3 years). Having vision blur and slight myopia with headaches, while doctor says , give some time to feel better......Can't concentrate at all......depressed...but on lighter note -- God must be crazy! he made millions of possibilities to kill humans , who have to die at the end anyways ;)

Hi and welcome to our forum,

Your medical history seems very complex, can your GP refer you on to a specialist for assessment?

Best wishes

Thanks for the response. Yes, I am planning on doing that next!. Just started a liver flush program and will redo the bloodwork by next month.

Greetings!

Hi again,

I don't know what a liver flush programme is, but I would suggest to run any new diet etc, past your own doctors before starting. If you are considering taking any complementary or alternative medicines we would suggest to approach with caution, and discuss with your own doctors first. Here is our webpage on this:

Thank you! yes, last time, I ended up in misery because of diet changes only...so am not making that mistake again...green food is full of oxalates and must be complimented with dairy products (but am allergic to dairy)........

Liver flush was perhaps a heavy terminology - I just went with light food and enough of lemon water (2 litre) without any sugar/supplement. My GP was fine with it. It made me feel better...but its just 2 days...will keep you posted.....

Nice to read posts of all folks here, it gives me inspiration to keep moving forward!

Best Wishes!
