Well, slept for 12 hours after being given a bit more sedative and some fentanyl after my previous visits were not that easy.

Had 5 more bands fitted and have been told i might need a further 2 sessions :(

Really sore today but the good news is that everythin else looked normal, so that's a good thing. I can at least enjoy Christmas without worrying too much.

As per Matty states! Its now out of the way before Christmas , so lets spread a little crimbo cheer by singing Hark the herald angel's sing ....glory to the new born king 🎼

or if your anything like me lets get singing and dancing to my favourite Christmas song from the film 'Love Actually' which I just love to dance and sing to around the house to is ' All I want for Christmas is You' or I sing the classic White Christmas which I normally sing at crimbo works parties! Lol 🌲☃️🎼
