His everyone

6 weeks post transplant and I got to ask my consultant about the results of my old liver. From diagnosis to now I have (decompensated cirrhosis arld ) said I wasn't a heavy drinker.

Turns out I have hereditary haemochromitosis, which causes liver disease, type 2 diabetes and joint pain , that's me!!...it answered everything for me. Do you think I could now have the alcohol related liver disease removed from my records ?.

Nice one. Good luck with admin correcto. Guess it should already be on the database but I would make sure it's red flagged & the error flagged for de-flagg. 🤔

Thanks

Hi Red,

You could ask to have a formal meeting with PALS and a hospital manager to discuss this and to amend any errors in your medical notes.

Good luck
