I think I am pleased but....

We have just been to see the consultant at the gastro clinic a different one as the first one left. Anyway he turned to me and said, “ I don’t understand why your husband isn’t under one of the Heptologists at the hospital”. I thought you and me both mate.

So as he shares a secretary with them he is going to get my husband put on to their list. So I am pleased and it has only taken six months for someone to take notice.

He also change the beta blockers as husband covered in a rash and his blood results ok. I asked about his grade to varices and he said grade rarely bleed but if they do come straight to hospital and laughed??

I had printed out a list of questions but didn’t bother with how will things progress and what is planned going forward. He did ask when he last had a drink so I told him 12th May so he said so if your liver fails you will not be considered for a transplant if you do drink again.

So sort of pleased, I think....
