Castor oil packs

Has anyone tried hot Castor oil pack over the liver to stimulate blood flow?

Hi this is very interesting you mentioned this as i was also recommended this by a doctor during sickness from work.

I haven't yet tried it but there’s no side effect so it has to be one to give a go.

I shall update once ive tested it.
