Normal US, MRCP, bloods, except dilated bile ducts and Alt 61, AST 40 (peaked at 108ALT/54AST) for over six months with zero alcohol... used to be a weekend drinker but stopped cold in November once saw enzymes were up a little. Could bile duct issues be causing those raised numbers? Anyone else have similar experience? So worried it is cirrhosis that was missed and that’s why they are just barely elevated. Anyone’s experience or thoughts are appreciated.
