I have managed to fall over and faceplant the concrete, this has resulted in a broken jaw. Quiet a bad break which aintree coming to Leighton for, until then, and maybe later. My question is i have to have a liquid diet for feasibly a few wees, now I'm ok with the smoothies etc but they will drive me up the wall after a time, any sugstions that dont include liquefied steak or anything :)

Thankyou

Ouch sounds painful...

Omelette, scrambled eggs for protein, mashed potato, the obvious soup maybe chicken and veg and blitz it smooth, fish?

Hi Chris-harris,

So sorry to hear of your faceplant and wishing you a speedy recovery!

The internet might have some good ideas for you to try, we've never had to deal with anything similar. Your doctor or clinic might know of someone to recommend.

Best wishes,

Mary
