I would just like to say I am very sorry if it was because of my comments to Mupik that we have been reminded of the rules. Rules are rules. My comment about Mupik possibly being frustrated about not being able to be part of our forum was simply based on my knowledge of teens who are nearly adult but not quite and the frustration they might feel. Quite clearly the magic 18 is the age at which one is adult, which is why I suggested Mupik asks their parents to post.

You are quite right that there are other organisations specialised in the care of children and young people with liver conditions.

However, I still commend Mupik for having been proactive, coming on a safe, regulated internet forum to find help, friendship and understanding of their condition.

PS On rereading the message I’m not sure if I am the person to blame but quite clearly we must all be careful about what we write, for all concerned.
