So its been 3 months now that my husband has been in home care. Now he still has seriously swollen feet and legs. His scrotum was swollen but is now normal. However he has a lump underneath his nipple the size of a golf ball and hard. He didnt want the doctor to examine him so dont know.. I used to take him out for a couple hrs but now we can't because he is always out of breath and he just doesn't want to be away. I guess it must scare him. His oxygen level is normal so I'm assuming its the fluid in his lungs..I cannot believe the different heath issues he's been through as a result of this dreadful disease. Through it all he still hangs onto his humor. I wish i could help him..but how do you help someone breathe?

Is he on Spironolactone?
That can cause painful nipple growths in men. He will need to change to frusemide. His nipples will return to normal quickly.
Cheers,
