Even more shocking AST 200 ALT 175 GAMMAGT 204

I though I was doing better than before I am very confused and liver feels too stiff? Is it at really dangerous point? 3 months I got my liver lining checked through liver specialist and there was no damage to it yet. Any advise Thank you
