spleen pain! enlarged by 18cm

I keep suffering from spleen pain on and off i have done for the past 3 years, i have had 2 ultrasounds done and they can't see anything of any concern apart from the fact that it is enlarged by 18cm i do notice the more (active) i am the more pain comes about and also lifting things. paracetamol does ease the pain though!

Hi:)My spleen is 22cm,i dont know how it fits me:))I do have some spleen pain from time to time,but its short,do not requires paracetamol.But then your spleen its enlarged try not to

Do you have liver disease too? If you do you should try to avoid paracetamol.

grandmadylan i have non cirrhotic portal hypertension i think my liver function is fine.
