Questions about fatty liver. :(

I was recently diagnosed with fatty liver..which showed up on a CT scan with contrast. My liver enzymes were mildly elavated..leading to the scan. My enzymes had gone back down to normal by the time of the scan.

I am going to see a GI Dr. in Dec. Is it possible to have cirrohsis (?spelling) and it not show on the CT scan? I've read that it shows, but also that it doesn't show up ...depending on the degree of damage. ?? And since my enzymes were back to normal could I still have a lot of damage to my liver?

I'm scared. I tend to worry a lot. I had an Aunt pass away from liver disease, and I'll never forget how she suffered.
