Hi after gallblader surgery my liver enzymes start rising one week after surgery alt 81 ggt 176 others in normal level after 3 weeks alt 160 ast 55 ggt 165 can anyone have similar situation after surgery of gallblader ? Why is like that ?

Also had in hospital MRCP shows fatty liver bile duct is fine i had and before fatty liver but liver enzymes was in normal range
