Hi there, If you are experiencing pain still which i assume most likely is due to swelling, I would cut out the alcohol totally for 3 months and see if that stops it. Other things upset our livers such as salt etc , as i expect you,re aware but i would take the pain niggles as a warning shot over the bow and stop the alcohol which is a poison to our livers. I had niggles for months before I finally decided to stop drinking, but i had left it too late and now have cirhosis.
