I guess I will pose a better question... has anyone had a fibroscan, MRI and ultrasound come back clear and still have advanced cirhosis?

If you have advanced cirrhosis, they are most likely checking for cancer lesions. If you came back clear, congratulatons! You don't have cancer. In any case you should probably ask your doctor to go over these results with you.

i'm not aware of anyone. Advanced cirrhosis leaves tell tale signs that at least one of those tests would pick up.

This absolutely can be the case, not to say it is the case in your situation.

It would be HIGHLY unlikely that both an ultrasound and MRI scan would miss cirrhosis as the liver structure is completely altered by the time you reach cirrhosis stage. If you have had a fibroscan what was your kPa reading - you don't get an all clear on fibroscan you get a score which shows how dense your liver is.
