Improvement from end stage 4 liver cirrhosis?

I’ve heard and read that people improve from alcoholic cirrhosis after they abstain from alcohol alongside their meds.

But how about non-alcoholic related cirrhosis, caused by genetic disorders? Do you think it would be possible to not just slow down, but reverse or improve, maybe even go from decompensated to compensated cirrhosis with meds only, as the underlying cause cannot be addressed?

Sorry unfortunately with genetic disorders it is not within your power to change the situation.
