Hi everyone just joined this group. I'm just waiting to go on transplant list now. I'm having problems eating due to my very swollen abdomen any recommendations to help with muscle mass as I am on ensure compact and not a lot of food.

Do you see a hospital registered dietitian via your liver specialist? They would be best placed to advise you regarding your diet needs.

Yes I've seen the dietician twice and have put me on ensure compact as I'm not eating very much feel full all the time. I'm losing muscle mass and I'm trying my best to be as fit as possible for when the call comes.
