Eekk, portal hypertensive gastronomía, 🤔🤔😶😶

Good afternoon all, like to ask anyone no anymore than I do,.. Been for 5th cámara down throat, report sed I have beginning of portal hypertensive gastronomía, also, I have cirrhosis, tumor in bile duct (benign). My liver spealist seems to be doing his job, it's the lack of care I receive of my doctor. I have I do endless test and never receive results, I actually sat and, waited an hour for the honor of an app with my own GP, only to be seen by a nurse who works alongside doctor. Thus no joy as when I get to doc blood pressure is sky high and I lose it I'm a wreck can't stop whinging, so my aches and pains and all my fears never get sorted. They seem to think I have anxiety, err, dead right I have anxiety, and stress and severe depression, but certainly do not need any more stress tablets, should I at last change doctor or will it cause me more problems?? I I'm at that point were have had pain severe above my hip in back area, I'm so stressed don't want to go docs for fear of losing it again, help😐😐

Portal hypertensive gastropathy is quite common once you have cirrhosis with portal hypertension. It was one of the first findings my hubby got after his massive upper GI bleed due to varices. Other than omeprazole to protect his stomach lining from too much stomach acid he has never had any treatment for the gastropathy.

First of all we have been scared to death, tears and upset as we feel the situation we (you) find yourself in outside of our control.

Its utterly horrible.

I hope you find a consultant with a bedside manner that can explain everything to you.

Good luck and be honest about your feelings with your friends and family. It helps trust me.
