Hello Moinul, stay away from any so called supplements. With a damaged liver already you do not want to potentially cause more harm than good with untested and unproven so called 'cures'.

Most fibroscan score charts show that depending on the underlying medical condition - with NAFLD. A kPa score of 12.6 would indicate early cirrhosis, like you I've also found the charts which say F4 (cirrhosis) kicks in at 14 kPa with NASH. You're probably in the range of F3/4, late fibrosis/early cirrhosis. Even early cirrhosis is now thought to be reversible.

The British Liver Trust has a page about NAFLD/NASH and you might find some useful lifestyle tips which might help you look after your liver going forward.

Dear Katie,

Thanks for the reply.I found lot of people who's kpa down from 75 to 8.8 in about two years.I think Almighty's grace, prayers, very healthy food, natural ingredients, exercise can even reverse, halt and stop the progression of cirrhosis but what is woundered me that so many people with kpa over 17 but still have no cirrhosis found in ultrasound or MRI.I just want to know can I expec the reversal of my fibrosis as you say.plz advise.I'm 44 years old & as usual I want to live 30/40 years more.

I had to have a look for heppasure and that doesn't come up. However, try "hepassure" and you do get some results. Basically, its simply a food formula that is intended to help supply those nutrients that patients may be lacking as a result of liver disease. It is not a cure, wont reduce your fibroscan scores and wont delay progression of any disease. It also isn't yet commercially available and is still under trial. At least that's what the web page says.

Really, just keeping to a well balanced healthy diet will do you as much good as anything else.
