She came for her visit today and put me on another strict exercise plan. She is great. Me being disabled, I get 5 free home visits a year as they only deal with recently discharged people. I’m the only one who she sees for free all the time with her bosses blessing. I should feel honoured lol. I always start to get really fit (ish) with her but then end up back in hospital. So then I have to start exercising from scratch again. It takes quite a long time to get back to where I used to be. But I can’t run before I can walk again as she always says. Anyway, I’m back at square one again as of today.
Cheers,
Brett

Hi Brett, i was due for my first physio today but my left leg is way too weak to walk on. I can get there by taxi but i know its a waste of time. I have osteopenia in my hip and two prolapsed discs middle to lower back. How physio is going to help i do not know. I walk 15 mins and im in pain. Good luck on starting again... . Linda
Same here, well, osteoporosis in the hips and back bone. And a huge hernia. It hurts but she said I need to get the blood flowing again and to strengthen my weak muscles.
Baby steps !! It will come try to walk one more step than the last! Keep up the good work!!!
Hi
I find it really difficult to walk any distance as I've got osteopenia in my feet, had dexa scan today to see if I've got osteoporosis. Like you all, I do struggle having this as well as Nash and fibromyalgia!! I know there are people worse than me . Take care Lynne
My physio lady is looking to get me some bike pedals thingys that I can use to strengthen my legs while I’m sitting down. This may help you also?
That sounds good. I can't be on or off my feet very long as everywhere hurts so much. Liver area hurts whatever I eat but I can't lose weight!! Hope you all start improving very soon. Take care Lynne
