Dull liver pain, really freaking out.

I have dull ache under my ribs where my liver would lie. It started with the same ache but on the left side. Round where my spleen is located, it sometimes ventures back to left side in a very mild dull ache. It's only a 2/10 on the pain scale and does not really effect me that much. I haven't been yellow or have yellow eyes. I havent felt nautious at all. My stool looks the same as always and my pee is an ordinary yellow for how dehydrated I usually am. I'm a big hypochondriac and really freak myself out with google. My chest felt a little tight in the evening but that's most likely due to anxiety.

I'm a 24 year old fit mate who drinks every second weekend and not excessively. 4 days ago I had a huge night which entailed drinking a load of alcohol and taking what thought to be mdma but actually turned out being Bzp. I don't usually take drugs but I'm overseas and thought what the hell. Furthermore prior to that day I accidentally ingested the smallest amount of diluted antiseptic when I was cleaning a wound. Could this effect my current situation.

I would have gone to the ER but I'll be back in Canada in 3 days and where am will charge me through the roof for blood samples.

Anyone had something similar. Am I freaking for nothing? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I only noticed this slight pain two days after the big night 3 days after the antiseptic.

I’m in a similar boat with dull pain on both right and left sides after a liver biopsy, as well as some chest tightness, and I think the mental side of it is a huge contributing factor - stressing over things in general.

I doubt a very slight ingestion of antiseptic would set you back compared to drinking.

What result did you have after biopsy? Yeah I'm stressing big time. It has only been two days.

I received an extremely obscure pathology report for obliterative portal Venopathy. Effectively is an issue with blood flow into / through / or out of liver which can lead to portal hypertension without any cirrhosis (which they confirmed I do not have - barely any mild fibrosis and no fatty liver).

It’s required follow up bloodwork and ultrasounds so, like you, I again have stress of waiting. I think that stress mixed with real continued pain from the biopsy site puncture is my current issue.
