I just come out of nut house as I'm really ill I'm not eating they are leaving me and daughter 32yrs old bad mentalhealth has fell over we cannot live like this I'm ill liver back arthritus and in mental hospital I said please I need see dr as toilets is greasy and black and my mouth feel like metal he said u have to wait , I never see dr and never spoke to nurse as they to bust and rude inferring iller my daughter is slowly killing herself polisistic overies diabetic type 2 never had a normal reading 13 in morning no food then it goes 21with stress she wants to die as of no help we are trying I'm in no ones land I'm. Decide I cant

Sorry to hear you and your daughter are feeling so low. There are some steps you can take. But I know it can be hard to do anything.

Call your GP and get an appointment for each of you. Explain your situation.

Also try ringing Mind for support. They have a good helpline.

Do some research into charities online. There may be some who can help you in practical ways. Send people with meals or help you around the house.

Do you have any other family who can help?

Some conditions we need to learn how to live with as they don’t get ‘better’. Develop our coping strategies. But finding help is a good step for that.
