Fatigue and liver pain

I seem to get pain over liver and severe fatigue when allergens get high here in Texas. Been doing great this winter as its been so cold then today its 72 F and i feel awful, so tired and that pain over liver is back. I had my gall bladder out 2 months ago, they said the bile was sludgy when sent for forensic exam after it was out. I wonder if i get cholestasis and liver inflamation when alergens aee high. Anyone else get these issues? I also have terrys nails on toes and hands and crinkly skin on hands, i had a fibroscan 18 months ago and said stage 2 liver fibrosis. But all blood tests are normal.
