Between falling over while going thru a HE episode and being drunk?

Nothing!

You still wake up thinking how the hell did I get a sore knee!!! Lol

I’ve got a sore knee BTW and I haven’t been drinking. Just thought everyone could do with a smile today.

Hello again Brett,

There is a difference between the two. If you fall over while drunk, you'll most likely just fall as all your muscles are always relaxed and the legs just give way. Normally if you just fall over, you normally tense up. This is why a lot of people end up breaking bones in winter, as they tense up as they fall. I've never fallen over with HE, I've wanted to bang my head against the wall sometimes though.
