my liver e were 134 6 months later it was 140, I do not drink, I have diabetes can anyone tell me if the doctors should be doing anything about this?

Having diabetes can make you more prone to suffering from Non-Alcohol Related Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD). There might be changes you can make to your lifestyle to try and bring those liver numbers down. There isn't a lot your doctor can do about NAFLD but hopefully you can get follow up bloods and potentially a scan further down the line.
