Liver biopsy

I had liver biopsy a week ago and still having midsternal chest pain, is that normal

Its not normal in my experience, although others may be different. Probably worth getting it checked out. It may not be something related to the biopsy, but given you have just had that procedure, they will be happy to check.

When you left the hospital after the biopsy they will have given you some advice and instructions about what to look out for after the biopsy and what to do if they occur. I'd follow those instructions. It may be absolutely nothing, but you haven't lost anything getting it checked just in case. It may even be something already highlighted in that advice, so do check that too.
