Sorry about the depressing posts and thankyou. All for still being there as I no that it's hard for everyone and I don't no how u understand me posts as I read them day later and think what the hell am I on about taking the replies give me a clue I ain't mad I keep forgetting things so yes I'm still confused but I'm trying each day to live a bit more slower not body what goes round in my head ;body is to pain I need it the other way round .
