Second Liver MRI

My first mri a couple weeks ago was suspicious for cancer. I had repeat MRI the other day and it showed stable nodules repeat in 6 months. I have stage 3-4 cirrhosis never drank but do have fatty liver, diabetes , high blood pressure, obesity, thyroid problem. I am 54.

Question anyone have nodules that have turned to cancer? Thanks
