I myself went through the harvoni treatment and I was hep- c free after 12 weeks. As well as I had no side effects what so ever. But the funny/ odd thing was afterwards I found out I had liver cirrhosis during a gallbladder removal?! You can imagine my shock! See I found out I had hep- c in 1991 - they didn't even have a name for it yet . But my viral load never in my life was over 90,000 thousand but usually stayed at an average of 60,000 which is considered to be very low. Also I always worked out and ate good and drank about 11/2 gallons of water a day. So you can imagine my shock . Anyway I myself have been in lots of pain - my stomach and intestines are in such pain and I've had been nausea and vomiting and diarrhoea. It's lie I poop it all out and my gut subsides but then I get hungry and eat and the process returns !!!! Been to pc,emergency room twice admitted the 2cd time but never ran scan . My doctor( pc) has me on antibiotics for possible h pylori and diverticulitis?? Alls I know is that they tested me for pancreatic cancer with the lab test lipaese and ampaese test which were normal and once they see alt and eat normal then of course everthingstops and it's oh it's a ulcer cause I had one which is gone plus I know the difference between ulcer effects and this is not a frigging ulcer you don't get skin flushes with ulcers and your blood pressure doesn't go super high to high ?! I swear I really thoughtor think I have SOME kind of cancer . Cause I'm 48 and I've never experienced this type of pain and discomfort. Anyway I have a endoscopy this Thursday and a colonoscopy mine 16th and I see a hepatologist on the 19th cause I need to get my as s ontransplant. List plus I feel I'll at least get to the bottom of this hopefully before it's too late . Even if they have to give me something for the pain!! I will keep everyone POSTED and thank each and everyone of you for all your input.

I am so sorry to hear this. Pain and discomfort not good. When you have clear some diagnososis progress can be made. In the meanwhile can you get the doctor to prescibe pain relief? Wishing you the best.

I really hope you feel better soon. It's horrible being in pain. Take care

Lots of love Lynne xxxx
