Dear Marie1980x
I would strongly advise you to discuss this with either your consultant or specialist nurse who will have a full view of your medical history and current issues so they can give you the best possible answers you need.
If you haven't got an appointment coming up give one of the secretaries a call and ask for a member of your liver team to give you a call back.
Good luck and best wishes
Andrew

I will do x thanks filor your reply x
Obviously this should be up to your doctor to make a diagnosis based on your results but looking that lot up I would reckon it confirms that you have an auto-immune disorder going on (the raised ANA tells you that), the negative SMA MIGHT say it's not Auto-Immune Hepatitis or may be type 2 AIH which is rarer.
You do have liver inflammation at the given time so your liver is under attack from your own immune system - whether this is AIH or another auto-immune condition remains to be seen.
The very high Double Strand DNA result together with the raised ANA might point to a diagnosis of possible LUPUS but again this all really needs to come from your medical team who have the full picture before them rather than half researched guesstimates.
Fingers crossed you have an appointment very soon where doctors can put you in the picture properly and progress necessary treatment from here.
All the best, Katie x
