Yes you do have an issue but not necessarily the liver.

Hi if it's ggt alone it could be fatty liver or gallstones. Do you have any symptoms ? Why we're tested for ggt? Do you drink alcohol to excess? Need a bit more info to assist

Yes. Ggt should ideally be below 50 for man and lower for a woman. Mine was up in the 90s due to fatty liver, I do not drink. Although a high ggt is common in people who drink a lot. So definitely need to discuss with doctor and find out whats causing it to be that high.

My GGT has been around 185 for some years, despite extensive tests no cause found.
