hi everyone x ive just had a meeting with hepatologist to follow up from fibroscan i had on monday x i literally cant believe it x and kept asking if they had made a mistake x my bloods were all completely normal and already knew kpa had dropped to 4.5 and am now in F0 TO F1 category she told me x i am totally amazed x

Great news, very happy for you, our livers are precious, so carry on with the healthy lifestyle, it just goes to show that a few changes to our lifestyle will give us good results! xx

That is a great result!

But be aware after a beating from alcohol this doesn't mean you can go back to the booze. The Liver will be sensitive to alcohol.

The idea is to get your tests normal and stay sober.

I know x think those close to me think I'm going to go on a drinking marathon now x but I'm not x gone so long sober the thought of drink makes me feel sick and after seeing my drunken friends well that's a total turn off so definately going to keep up my healthy lifestyle x just got to have bloods done every 12 months now and maybe a fibroscan in 5 years x thankyou for advice whilst I've been in here
