Dr examined my blood tests today; found Serum ferritin 354.5 ug/l ,Serum ALT 109 iu/l.

He sent me for further tests today.

I am worried when he told it was my liver!

Both of these scores are elevated but in isolation can't make a diagnosis, hence further tests. Among the causes of elevated serum ferrite is genetic haemochromatosis which can cause a range of conditions and depending on other results it might need consideration. Mention it to your GP if s/he doesn't: GPs know about gH but rarely test for genetic markers.

HI

it means your Liver is inflamed, although try not to panic, its not acutely inflamed. as suggested it could be inflamed because of haemochromatosis, which is easily resolved, you simply donate whole blood and your iron levels come down and the Liver stops being inflamed and will then heal. Obviously we don't have your all your numbers, but I don't think you should panic just yet.
