well i guess eating long term Carbohydrates and Sugar we be best leaving them well aloan,,,,,Na lets all stop eating it ant good for us,,,missing the point getting the points.
we're hardly Greyhounds or thorough bred race,Horses, well i supose we're all going to end up in the knackers yard.
