I'm 58yrs old and 2 1/2yrs ago the doctors found I've got part of the left lobe of liver herniating through the diaphragm . Who's heard this

I constantly feel nauseous and frequently vomit. I'm tired all the time and can't eat much. I've lost weight. I'm not jaundiced. I suffer upper gastric pain. I've tried five anti sickness drugs, none work. No doctors here in Wales have come across this condition before, so don't know how to treat me. I'm hoping for funding to go to London to see consultants there.

Hi Stumpy, sounds horrid for you. Is this a hernia you have had since birth or just recently due to trauma? I don't know anything about it, but has repair to the hernia been discussed as an option?
