I run to jean michel jarre β Concerts in Chinaβ and OMD. Have done for ages .I keep meaning to change it but always forget. However I love them both so they will probably stay a wee while longerπββοΈππ
The songs in my head are things like 'Use it up, wear it out' and 'Staying Alive'. The music in my ears is usually from BBC Sounds so I don't choose. One time it played 'Uptown Top Ranking' just as I was coming to the end of a very tiring run and it boosted me no end
Don't think my music choice would be good for your playlist ππ€I'm a lifelong Pink Floyd fan and when I ran my first 25 minutes in week 6 run 3 I listened to a Floyd track called 'Echoes' the track is just over 24 minutes long so when it finished I knew I had made it π
Haha! So I rarely listen to upbeat inspirational music while running. In fact, low key, chilled music works best for me. That said, I remember one particularly gruelling 12k run when I put on Grace Jones Nightclubbing and the slow dub beat just suited the run!Occasional bit of heavy metal too, but I won't share! So I'm not sure I can add any recommendations!
Too many! But here's a couple that really lifted me during C25K... First on the Pink Floyd theme a reworking of Fearless by mcthfg and Supercozi -I'll climb the hill in my own way π...
