As the post says it was just a quick run. I was gonna try to do the final 10k of my July target this morning so I knew it was done but unfortunately ( after I’d had the conversation with my daughter yesterday how this doesn’t happen to me anymore) my tummy decided otherwise.... so luckily I was near my home and after 6k I shuffled home 😳😖. In time I hasten to add but I didn’t want to risk it for another 4k. 🤣🤣
So I have just one more run on Friday and only need to run 4k so that should be a nice easy one. I need even try to do C25+ Speed .... maybe... possibly... we’ll see.
Nothing exciting to report otherwise except it was nice and cool with a hint of a mizzle here and there. Several other cheery runners, lots of Good Mornings and Hellos. And I’m about to go into shower after having done my stretches and had breakfast. Then I’m going to do Day 3 of the 7 day Pilates Challenge and then pop out for a few errands. Blimey it’s hard work being retired. “mum could you get my prescriptions? Mum could you fetch my tray of eggs? “.
