Oh I see that link was to someone from Steel City Striders! That club certainly kicks ass at my local races. If they turn up it's game over for the rest of us! Tee hee

Parkrun is a lot of fun Chelle! You have that to look forward to if you're up for it. You can volunteer first if you like, just to get a sense of what happens. Or, go along as a spectator and do your own C25k afterwards for example
