Symptoms of breast cancer? One should have a mammography at least once in two years to find out anything untoward.

Commonest symptom is a 'lump' or a 'knot' in the breast which is painless.

Other symptoms may include 'lumpish feel'; nipple discharge which is bloody or blood stained; recently indrawn nipple; occasionally skin changes as well; similar lumps in arm pits.

I will soon share a good link of WHO (World Health Organization) which has a good pictorial on this topic; I have misplaced the link, will search and paste it here

Other symptoms can also occur, if the cancer has spread elsewhere.
