Why is breast cancer rising so much in cities?

I saw this article but it does not mention urban pollution just other factors associated with urbanism:

There are lots of reasons: Lifestyle, food habits, pollution, insecticides etc. None of them can be proven, though. The most important contributing factor is the female hormone estrogen. The more the time that estrogen gets to act on breast cells, the more changes in cells of the breast and more the chances of developing a malignancy. Wow, that graph explains so much. It is crystal clear now that there is a link between estrogen levels and late pregnancy. But if this was the case, then there would be a hihger proportion of people contracting breast cancer amongst childless women. Is this the case?

Yes, you have hit bull's eye. Childless women, and those who get their first child after 30 years of age are at a higher risk for breast cancer
