Goserelin injection

hello dr.sumeet,

my sister,a Canadian citizen and a breast cancer survivor is on tamoxifen and monthly dose of goserelin injection.she is due to come to Mumbai on vacation asa break after her treatment ended in March and after the COVID pandemic.she will be in Mumbai when her next dose of the injection will be due.can any hospital give her the injection on her due date if she carries one as she already has the prescription for it.

Yes, I guess so. Should not be a problem. Just visit and gynec nearby or any Medical Oncologist, as those are the two specialities who regularly use this. Preferably visit a Medical Oncologist. His or her staff can give the injection.
