My wife is suffering from CA breast triple positive,she is advised herclone inj. New India assurance co. rejected claim on the ground that daycare inj is not cover as she was not hospitalized for 24 hours.

Sorry to hear about the pain your mom and you going through. I am going through same situation. Herclone is part of targeted therapy that’s why all insurance companies reject it when Herclone is not companied with any chemotherapy drug like Docetaxol etc.
No letter from oncologist will help. Claim will get hounured only if you get chemotherapy drug written on indoor case paper along with prescription of the same.
