Herepton is cashless?

Hello,I'm breast cancer patient,just wanted to confirm if only hercepton is a part of cashless,as my claim is rejected saying it's not payable,have done my 6chemo cycles and this was maintanace injection

Herceptin is together with the rest of chemo therapy a standard treatment, provided the cancer is HER2 positive. So it should be covered by medical insurances...

You must fight for your claim. Herceptin is definitely re imbursible. These mediclaim companies sometimes refuse a claim on frivolous grounds. All patients get their money for Herceptin and so will you. One letter from your Oncologist can help you a lot, telling the company that this is main treatment and not a maintenance treatment.
