Hi all,,, I am extremely happy to announce about completion of my treatment. BCS...8 chemo....28 days radiation and now on harmone therapy and zoladex. Special thanks to the team of doctors rgci,, Dr. Batra,,Dr. Dabas and Dr. Sharma.

Congratulations! During treatment it can seem, on some days, like that final day will never come, and then you realize you are scheduling your final appointment. I still remember that day vividly, and it was 7 years ago.

One little warning - do not be surprised if at some point you experience a feeling of let down or depression. While in treatment we are usually in our fight mode and are surrounded by health care professionals who are on top of our medical needs. When we reach that wonderful day of not needing that any more there can be times when we feel that we have been set adrift. This is very normal, but it is important to recognize it if it is happening and to get some support as you work through it - here, from family and friends, from your health care team.
